It was a very chilly morning last Sunday. But the perfect way to celebrate Mother’s Day for this family. Cori wanted to have photos taken with her parents and their beloved little Oliver before they move out of state. The bond between Oliver and his grandparents was very sweet to witness. Oliver was a true top model, giving his family smiles and cuddles despite the wind. It was so nice to meet you, Cori, Ben, Judie, Scott and Oliver.
Welcome to the world, baby Elise! It was so much fun to meet this family’s newest addition last weekend. Elise was so sweet. She totally passed out halfway through the session and as a result we got the most adorable, peaceful sleeping shots ever. She rocked it! Big sister Anna did a great job posing with her new partner in crime, too. Congratulations again, Rhandi and Adam!
On a very chilly January morning back in 2011, I took Erin and Kurt’s engagement photos. Last week, I had the pleasure of seeing them again and meeting their brand new addition. Baby Eleanor! Oh she just couldn’t be any cuter. I couldn’t believe how alert she was, rocking several different outfits and lots and lots of cuddles with mom, dad and grandma. Erin and Kurt, congratulations again! She’s just so perfect. Thanks for having me share in another special moment in your family’s life.
You’re not going to believe it, but little Gwen is actually a month old. This preemie, weighing in at 5 pounds, is one tough cookie and one top model. She really rocked her newborn session, along with big sister, Katy, who made a sweet cameo appearance. Krissy…I am so glad we were able to fit the photos in before your big move! Congratulations on all of the wonderful changes your family is enjoying.
And the JSP baby boom continues! I love, love, LOVE newborn sessions and I had so very many last week. (Read: it was my favorite kind of week!) I had been looking forward to this particular session for quite some time now. I first met Loralynne and Sam when I took their maternity photos when they were expecting Grace about three years ago. Now would you look at little Grace? Unbelievable. This adorable family just welcomed their fourth member last week, baby Andrew. He might be the youngest baby I have ever taken photos of…less than a week old at the time of the session. Such a peanut. I absolutely love these photos because you can see the love and joy just radiating out of every one of them. Congratulations again, Loralynne and Sam! I couldn’t be happier for you both. Thank you so much for having me part of yet another special time in your family’s life.
